Started 3/3/04. total loss so far, 7 lbs,last week put on 1.5 lbs for some unknown reason,stil have 18 to go.but being hypothyroid I expected it to be slow.
Lost 1/2" off waist,1" off abdomen,1"off hips.thats all so far.
Love ff jello, apples and peanut butter, ff fudgesicles, almonds, and string cheese. Really love the cauliflower recipe in the book. Having a little trouble keeping to 15 nuts. Don't feel deprived at all on this plan.
Started May 1st at 242 lbs weighed in today at 229 13 lbs total
Lauthala - I too am hypothyroid and I've been moving along great!! I do get in exercise at least 6 days a week, and I don't venture from the "diet" I feel great!! Most days I dont notice any thyroid symptoms which is absolutely wonderful coming from me who used to sleep 13 hours a day!! unbelievable eh?
I started the day after Easter. I've lost 15 pounds. My sister started the same and has lost the same. Hubby started at 235 (we think) and has lost about 18-20 pounds (somehow guys just don't obsess enought to remember to weigh). His pants are really baggy now
