How much are you 'allowed' on P2? Is it one piece a day? I am being lazy and don't want to grab my book right now. TIA
Yes, one piece a day and most folks try the same kind for a week to see the effect. Some of us don't do fruit and a bread the same day. Check out the sticky on Phase I.5 for hints on a smooth transition.
In the book it says for 1 week one piece, then two for a few days and then a maximum of 3 portions of fruit (and starch) a day.
