Back on the exercise wagon- walked 10 miles in 3 hours this morning.

Feel exhilarated but it's still only just over 1/3 of what I need to do in 13 weeks!

Spinning this afternoon and then a long sauna before dinner.

A-ha! I have started to do exercise (again).
Yesterday I did DDR for about 25 minutes.
The day before I did some lifting -- bicepts, tricepts, and shoulders/neck.

Default I'm back!

Still stuffed up but I can't stand not moving (yes! exercise is becoming a habit!). Did my normal upper body weight workout this morning, same number of reps, same weight, everything, for about 60 minutes. I expected to reduce the weight or do fewer reps or something, but in fact I felt like I am ready to go heavier. Well, I guess I'll see how I feel over the next couple of days. I've planned my workouts for the entire week, but no high-intensity cardio yet ... will stick to moderate cardio until the congestion is gone. Maybe I did too much HI too soon ...

Melody525, hope you enjoy your strawberries. Yum, can't wait for fresh strawberries here ... soon!

Clareh, you are brave to watch DH while working out; I think I would alternate between feeling motivated and frustrated.

Today I feel pretty good after yesterday's workout. A little sore, but the good kind. Went to the gym this morning and did 28 minutes on the elliptical and 22 minutes on the recumbant bike.

Strawberries with oatmeal sounds good. Almost as good as what I think you wanted to pour all over them!

Today did lower body for about 60 minutes. I hate lunges but I love them ...

Can I put in a plug for exercise, though I'm probably "preaching to the choir" here? In spite of making some poor food choices, eating everything I could get my hands on, and eating almost all my dark chocolate, I am down 1 pound from last week! I cannot believe it, I was sure I gained. I believe it is due to my more efficient metabolism which has become that way from regular exercise, particularly strength training.

SF~ You must be reading my mind. I gained 7 lbs since an accident of sorts and am holding now that I started the exercising on a regular basis. I too had a lot of really bad food choices since last May. Exercise is the only way to go.......so preach away! We can all use reminders.

Today I should be off all the meds for my face and hopefully things will move......like the scale!!!
30 min for pedals and 15 for abs is today's agenda.
Ladies make the most of this Thursday!

But I was back at it yesterday with my yoga, and today is weights, but no run tonight as its girls night out!! Have a Happy Thursday everyone!!
