I'm gonna aim for 30 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes of weight training. And hopefully about 20 minutes on the treadmill tomorrow, and 10 minutes of weight training.

I am home sick today -- thanks hubby . Was supposed to do upper body weights and also wanted to do some type of cardio but don't know if I will. May try later, or at least might do some yoga. Will see how it goes. Hope everyone has a terrific weekend!!

sf40- take your time if you're not feeling good. You work out a lot and probably need the rest day. Be nice to yourself and you'll get better a lot quicker.

Thumbs up Way to go sweaty Sonoma girls!

I haven't been checking in daily but I think I will. I have done the elliptical every day since getting it. I just downloaded an ifit program to my mp3 player last night. I think I will like it. I got a better workout in.

I also have been working my abs.

Tonight I will do 35 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes working my abs.

Linda: yep endorphins are great!! I am looking forward to getting more endorphins with regular exercise.

This thread is motivating!!

Morning ladies. Get up get up get UP!! New week has started and that means get to your exercising!!

I got in 93 minutes yesterday and 70 this morning. One nice thing about the beginning of the week is getting up at ohmygod o'clock doesn't bother me.. at least the first day of the week. Tomorrow will be another story however!

I want to hear about buckets of sweat today!!!

Good to see the exercising over the weekend! I'm jealous, really I am. Yeah, still sick and don't feel ready to do anything yet, though my body wants to! Does this mean that exercise is becoming a habit for me, finally after almost six months? Or do I want to because I shouldn't?? I promise I'll be back on this thread as soon as I can so Linda don't send the prod after me yet!
