    I planked for two mins (been forgetting to do it), then couch to 5k and then the Leslie flexibility segment.

    Tomorrow morning day off...taught the college course last night so need to sleep in since I'm sure I'll be up at least till 12. I'm just too hyper to sleep when I get home at 10:30! But I have my strength training after school.

    I enjoyed it and can keep up with that type of "dancing" LOL

    I absolutely love Leslie!!!! but I do enjoy Jessica's walks also. She also just released a free app for iphones where you can easily go to "Workouts" and then to "Walking" and all of her walking youtube workouts are listed and you click on them and get right to them. I really like the app. Wouldn't mind one bit if Leslie came out with such an app

    Probably from ads. I have ads in my app and it brings in a little bit of $. Very little because my app was just something I wrote to learn to write apps and I haven't really pushed it.
