After a long weekend of getting NO exercise, I'm FINALLY back on track.

Went to the gym last night and instead of my usual 30-45 minutes including a mile on the elliptical machine, I was there well over an hour, spent some extra time on the machines and then did 2 miles!!! For me, that's AMAZING!!!! I'm so proud.
You know what, it actually feels soooooo goooood to get back into it full force like that. Lost count somewhere along the line but I think my total so far is 11.5 miles. That puts me up the expressway but not quite as far as where my old apartment is.
On the other hand....
....Kina, you take it easy, young lady. Back and neck stuff is nothing to mess around with.

Sorry, don't mean to be preachy. Actually, falling down steps is something that I do on a regular basis. My friends all know my klutzy ways. I'm quite familiar with bruises and boo boo's. Either way, take care of yourself. BTW, let me know how you like the yoga. My gym teaches a class on it and I've been thinking of giving it a try.
