I'm an avid walker. I recently started power walking to get my heart rate up, since basically I am maintaining my weight (158 lbs today) and not losing.
The challenge started yesterday, right? Yesterday I walked 3 miles. Today I power walked 4 miles. My goal for the month is 80 miles. Some days I get to busy or I have no sitter to walk. Maybe I should use that treadmill that's getting dusty. Hmmmm..but I love the outdoors!

it every day. Now I am growing it back and waiting for it to get long enough to perm it again.
I just got back from the track. I put in another 3 miles so that makes 11.5 for the week so far. I have added a workout with Denise Austin working out the arms because my arms just seem to need that extra attention. I am going to try and do that every day and hopefully see some results by the end of the month.
