Hello all, what a fantastic group you all are. And so want to be a Fluffy Sista,
About me, my name is Angie, 37 yrs old, married with two teen boys. I need to lose about 120 lbs. *sigh I swear I have lost it a few times over but it keeps coming back...hmmm could be I love my food? ya. And that most days Im lazy slug....ya
I joined WW also back in Sept. Did great the first 2 months then all things fell apart with Christmas, I had some health issues that I took care of with surgery 5 weeks ago. Been off work since but am going back next week...grrr
I will be rejoining WW since being away this long I have to rejoin.
I have one of my closest friends who just started Medifast,,,,she has lost 9 lbs in 9 days,,,tempted, ( just to jump start) but have allergies to a couple of things. Aspertame (instand migrain) and bananas, which is used alot for sweetner, and other things.
Cassy, why is that woman all up in your face?
Regina, sounds like this is a good place to unload,,,
Rosie, smart about the flavoured water intake before lunch. I need to do that.

oh ya I was born in the Northwest Territories, went to school there till grade 11 and then finished in Red Deer Alberta.

Rosie, you might want to hold off on the jogging and do some brisk walking instead. You didn't hurt your back somewhere did you? Sometimes proper footwear can make a difference too, but I think you should do a less jarring exercise and if it persists see your Dr. (man I almost sound intelligent there, seriously so not like me,,,but I am trying to make a good impression...lol)

Do you know what could be causing the pain in my foot...just kidding.LOL! You had me going there for a minute. Thanks for joining the Sistas of the Fluffyhood. Angie: Welcome! You've joined a truly wonderful group of people. The support and encouragement here is amazing.

Regina: Sorry to hear about your difficult day yesterday. Hope things are going better today, and I hope the weigh in this morning was great. *fingers crossed for you*

Rosie: I agree with Angie, if the jogging is painful for you it's best to try an exercise with less impact/stress put on your back. I love the elliptical machine, great workout, but almost no stress on my back/joints.

Well, I had my weigh in this morning. Down to 158 Only 28 pounds to goal! Yay! Plus, I got my 3 workouts in this week. Wish me luck over the weekend keeping on plan!

Have an absolutely AMAZING weekend ladies. I'll talk to ya'll on Monday.

I have some really bad news for you all....I...Lost 2 more lbs, Go Regina it's your Birthday. No really its not I was happy when I stepped on the scale this morning. I truly thought it was only going to be 1 lb but then I saw the outcome...can I get a WHOO-HOO!!!

Nobody likes me, everybody hates me, I'm gonna eat some worms..
I am wishing everyone a wonderful weigh in and know that the pounds will fall off everyone. We are shedding our fur now ladies. I know Amanda Mae totally rocks with her workouts, so does Ms. Turbo Jam herself, Cassy.
So how is Canada, my grandfather was from there. I am not exactly sure where but I'll find out. Good Luck my little chick-a-dees. I am on a weightloss high all because of you all and the support. Kudos to you all.

Hey chicas'... Sorry I was away yesterday :O) I missed alot didn't I?!? I tend to not be home much Friday-Sunday.. But I'm definately gonna check back in to see how everyones day goes :O)
I didn't go exercise yesterday, my day was really busy and since I'd went to my gym Thursday mornin' and then walked the greenbelt for and hour and a half I figured I'm still doin' allright, I do plan to go exercise this evening though for sure... So congrats to all you babes on your losses,, hi-five.. My weight this mornin' was 183,, it took me all week to undo my damage from last weekend, I'm really gonna kick myself this weekend to keep it together!! I feel good though, you notice how you always feel more uplifted when your eating healthier and getting more exercise?? I went shopping last night for my girls' summer outfits and I found the cutest pair of jeans, but they were not my size, I'm a size 16 misses and those jeans are size 13 juniors, so I figured I'd buy them as an incentive to lose weight...Hope it will work :O) Otherwise I'm out some $$.... Ok gals' have an positive, energetic day!! Crystal

I too am tired of being fluffy and shopping at the W rack!!!
I have been a member of Weight Watchers for 11 weeks now and have lost 71/2 lbs.
I would love to give and recieve support....
My neice is getting married Memorial Day weekend so that is my goal ... I want to buy a new dress and a new size!!

cjlafaye, do you think she will continue to be all sweet? Personally I would document everything and if she gets out of control again, bring her behaviour (that is documented) to attention. When i worked for a union years ago we had a person (bad apple) who was just down right miserable, 2 of us documented her remarks, and attitude/behaviour. She was brought in and told she has to straighten up, or she would be transfered. After the 3rd time in she was transfered to anothe dept. She hated it and ended up quitting.

Regina, Canada is pretty big, but in the western area its pretty warm, we are doing the spring thing. But we never put our shovels away till end of June,,,there is always a crazy snow storm in either April or May. Not that we had much of a winter,,,seriously tropical here...lol

Chery Good for you! 1 more homeless pound walking the streets!

well off to do my Sat chores...vocal lessons, and cleaning. Want to pain the bathroom, and livingroom/kitchen.

Hey everyone I have had a good week. I weigh in in Thursdays with 2 friends and I was down 1.2. I was happy as I was so sure that I gained. I think I am becoming obsessed with my scale. I actually get on it 2-3 times a day!!! OMG get a life I keep saying to myself. I am thinking of just chucking the darned thing.

Julie it is ok to have chocolate. On ww you can have whatever you want as long as you count it. Write it down & be accountable. some days I hit 45 pts and you know what......tomorrow is a new day!!! just start over. get back on track. Have you tried the ww chocolates? they are very good. I also got a totally and I mean TOTALLY awesome mocha chocolate brownie recipe. It is to die for. Keep at it---good for you for excersizing! my downfall!

Amanda--omg girl good for you to get down below 160. I keep thinking about all you guys and how well you have done and how far you've come. Toally inspiring for me. If you can I can!

Crystal-your rain commect made me laugh! I am in Cananda and we just got a foot of snow two weeks ago. that was a total (must be the word of the day for me) workout just walking the dog and shoveling. I was exhasted after trudging about in all that snow at the off leash park for my dog. Good workout for the legs and butt though! right?? right?

Sandy where bouts in Alberta? I know it snowed the one day a few weeks ago, but I didn't leave the house for 2 weeks so didn't have to suffer throu the drifts.
Have you seen the Cadbury choc? There are the slims...I think they said it was 2 points. Could you share the recipe. I wish I could eat the WW choc. it has aspertame, which is instant migraine. Wouldn't it be great if all choc had aspertame in it? And ice cream. Id be skinny!

I think Im going to go and buy a digital scale, I have a pic expensive one I bought a couple of years ago,,,I swear it can't tell the right weight...lol I am not addicted to the scale at all,,maybe I shold be then I would not want to have ice cream...I shouldn't be saying that.

Hey ladies. Well today was my weigh-in day at WW and I was down 1.6 pds. WOO HOOO. Very excited. This was my 3rd official weighin, 4th week. So down total 5.8 pds. Thought I was gonna gain cause its close to TOM but i didnt. Very exciting.
So how is everyones weekend so far?
