Hi :O) I've heard so much about TurboJam !! I guess I'm just gonna have to try it out

Is it an all body workout?? I especially would like to minimize my "fluffy" arms
I made to the gym this morning did 40min. and I walked around the baseball field this eve. for 25min... I feel like I should be doing so much more considering my very lousy weekend long binge.. Why is it so difficult to get yourself back on track after just a few short days of poor eating?! I went over my calories today, again, what's new?! Anyways, have a healthy night girls' and see ya'll in the mornin'...
