Hello everyone!! The scale finally moved. I weighed in today @ 177.5. I hope by end of September I can be in the 160's.

171.2 for me today. My official on Monday was 172.8 - so I would have to loose 3lbs this week to make it to the 160's. Probably NOT going to happen - but I'm going to work real hard and try to get as far as I can by Monday!

I am still with you girls, had a brief stint at 169.4 but think that my scale was messing with me. Official weigh in was 170.6. I am doomed to be here forever. LOL

I made it! Hello all.. been at 179 and some change for a week now, so I'm thinking it's going to stick. It's exciting to read the thread and see everyone go down.
I took my first Zumba class today... it was pretty fun!

I'm getting closer...official weight today was 171.2. It's taken me FOREVAH to get through the 170's. I weight 160 when I got married, so that's my next milestone, yay!

Well, I had to ditch my old scale, it was dying a slow death and frustrating me in the process! So the new one is much nicer to me, and within .5 lb of my Dr scale. Which means, I am in the 160's!! I did actually lose 1.5 lbs this week too, so the transition is legit. Feel like I am finally making progress!!! See you guys there soon!

I'm at 177 even.
Started with a new PT last week and he is working me hard. High reps, high weight, fast pace. According to him that and the amount of running and zumba I'm doing should get me out of here quick. Let's hope he knows what he's talking about!

Hello!!! I am still hanging around this thread. Weight loss has been very slow. I am 176lbs. I am losing inches though. Maybe I can get out the 170's at least by halloween.

Ugh! I am still here too. My last post was in August at 176 lbs and now I am at 173. I went through a very long stall and things just started moving again.

kaylasmom010 ~ I like the inches losses... in the end it's how we look in clothes (or out of them ), right? I recently measured myself and discovered I was 2" smaller around the waist from when I started running. That was a big high!

Kristi78 ~ sorry to hear about your stall, but I'm glad you see things moving again. I looked at my earlier posts and thought... yikes! That was a long time ago I joined this thread. (Hey I just looked at your location... we're not that far from each other)

I'm so close I can taste it... 171.5. So little yet so much! I don't think I'll meet my Columbus Day goal of 169 (1.5 in one day? Not without doing something unhealthily drastic that will smack me in the face later).
