Hey all! I need the extra motivation of a weight decade group for a while.
I got myself down to 165 for our wedding 3 months ago, but have been less than stellar since (I blame the wedding gifts - ice cream maker, bread maker, my love of cooking, etc).
I started faithfully journaling ww points on Monday and restarted my 3-day/week running program. My main strategy right now is to journal, jog, and drink at least 4 bottles of water per day at work.
I know I can do this.... it's worked before. I just need to stick with it!
I'm at 177.2 today... hoping this thread will help me move smoothly down through the 170s!
