I am here with you girls!!! Hopefully not for long (totally not meant the way it sounded). I have been in the 170's since the end of last month, loss, gain, loss gain. Been teetering back and forth between 171 and 173 the last week. Really hoping for a bit of a loss! But til then.....we are in this battle of the 170's together!
I also hope not to be in the 170s too long, I spent almost 3 months in the 180s, my eating was not the best, so Im lucky it didnt take longer, I plan to kick it up a notch to get out of the 170s as quick as possible!! Good luck to all!
Hello everyone!!! I would like to join this group. I have been jumpin from 181 and 179 for 2 weeks now. I would like to make it out of the 170's by the end of September. Good luck to you all!
I'm stuck too I began a more regular exercise plan about 6 weeks ago and the scale just flexes between the same 3 pounds. It's so frustrating! I know the exercise is important though so I will just hope things get moving soon.
Well, still unable to break that 170 mark. Heck, not even TO 170 yet. Seems my scale likes the 171.2#. Darn thing. My goal is 169 by the 30th. I am trying!!!!
So....how is everyone doing today? After a wierd jump yesterday to 173.2 where my scale almost met its maker, today I am down to 170.6. Still here iwth you girls!!
Those first 5lbs of the decade seem to be easier than the last 5...why on earth would that be?? Mental block for sure - it's not like my rear end knows that number on the scale!
