So I first started at 177 on May 3rd and I weighed in last week at 170. But then mother nature calling me and I got my lovely AF. So I have been feeling nothing but crappy. I havent been to the gym since friday since the weekend is my off day. I feel like a cow. I feel like maybe with my AF I have gained weight. Has this happened to any of you.
I think it may be happening to me right now, though I've kept up with exercising. Hopefully I'll get a big whoosh and can keep up the toning.
Stacey ... I like reading what everyone else does too ... I just don't think I have the time or inclination to calorie count ..... I think I'll stick to my no plan .... (healthier eating, smaller portions, more protein, and exercise) ..... until it doesn't work anymore ....

Its quite good working in pounds - we use kgs here in New Zealand ..... getting out of the 170s is a smaller goal than getting out of the 70s(kgs)
Hi! I'm moving over here to the 30s forum, as I've just turned 30 (ACK!) I'm at 179.2 as of this morning, I have been hovering between 177 and 179 (weekends are my weakness!) Looking forward to being out of the 170s soon!

I'm going the wrong way ladies. The scale today said 179. That is up 3 pounds since Sunday. Here's hoping that it is simply my TOM. Since my hysterectomy 5 years ago, I am never sure if it's that time or not.
