Hey fellow 170s! I've crept up to this # over the past 2-3 years. At first I thought I was pregnant! Nope. Just packing on the pounds. Hopefully it won't take me that long to get rid of it. I do like fried foods a little too much though...

I'm new here...I'm currently at 177.2, hope to keep going as I've been stuck here for a few weeks now. I need to get motivated and be accountable.
I was stuck at 177 for about a week too....I am doing WW so I raised my points for a couple days and then lowered back to normal and it broke the plateau. Don't know what you are doing but you might want to eat alittle more than normal for a couple days then back to normal and see if it works. Hope that helps!
Good luck Rana...I can't seem to move past 175 but I think part of it is the fact that my body is trying to get used to the fact that it is actually eating more food now not just small amounts of junk food.
