S~1 banana, 2 slices crisp bacon
L~1/2 ciabatta bun, 4 oz crabmeat, 1 T marg, 1 T mayo light
D~salad with 1 oz cheddar, 3 1/2 oz roast chicken breast, 1/2 c mini carrots, 2 T drsg, 1% milk
Mini goal, just had to share....started keeping track of WW points on Monday, I'm not a member at the present time. My point range is 26 to 31, and I'm happy to tell you all that I've stayed within my point range since Mon. & it feels great (I even have room for a 4oz glass of red wine if I want one later)

Have you posted on the Golden Girls thread? I've been out of the action this week - taking one course online & teaching another. If not, join in. Also, you might want to add your WW points each day to this thread. Anything that is motivational for you is good.

Hi Lynn & all, I didn't preplan Friday's day & menu, but I did stay within pts.

FUN~camping (I won't have access to a computer)
EXERCISE~lots of walking
FOOD-I'm not going to preplan, but I'm going to take my WW info & tracker to write everything down.
Fun - spend time with dd, sil, and his grandsons.

Rhonda - yesterday I went to a scrapbook convention at Valley Forge PA. We just did the exhibit area - it was a zoo. Could barely get through the aisles. But, I picked up some GREAT flowers for embellishments.
