    B - Oatmeal with skim milk, clementine
    L - Turkey breast, swiss cheese and hummus on a whole grain bagel
    S - Low fat yogurt, 6 almonds
    D - Grilled Salmon, green beans, mixed greens salad

    B-raisin bran, milk 1%, 1/2 banana
    S-1/2 banana
    L-salad(shrimp louie) & 4 oz red wine
    D-salad with drsg, bar-b-qued chicken breast, 1/2 c macaroni with 1 t olive oil & 1 T parmesan, 1 c carrots, milk !%

  • Thurs. July 26th~Hi Lynn~My name's Rhonda, middle name Lynn Have fun scrapbooking!

    FUN~scrapbooking

    EXERCISE~walk after dinner

    Eating~B~raisin bran, 1% milk
    S~1 banana, 2 slices crisp bacon
    L~1/2 ciabatta bun, 4 oz crabmeat, 1 T marg, 1 T mayo light
    D~salad with 1 oz cheddar, 3 1/2 oz roast chicken breast, 1/2 c mini carrots, 2 T drsg, 1% milk

    Mini goal, just had to share....started keeping track of WW points on Monday, I'm not a member at the present time. My point range is 26 to 31, and I'm happy to tell you all that I've stayed within my point range since Mon. & it feels great (I even have room for a 4oz glass of red wine if I want one later)

    Have you posted on the Golden Girls thread? I've been out of the action this week - taking one course online & teaching another. If not, join in. Also, you might want to add your WW points each day to this thread. Anything that is motivational for you is good.

    Fun - visit a Scrapbook convention - just the exhibit area
    Exercise - eliptical - 17 minutes
    Eating -

    S - 2 Wheat Thins + lt cheese stick
    L - chicken or fish + veggies
    S - 2 Wheat Thins + lt cheese stick
    D - lo-carb yogurt + peanutbutter
    S - cottage cheese

  • Hi Lynn & all, I didn't preplan Friday's day & menu, but I did stay within pts.
    So this is for Saturday~July 28th

    FUN~camping (I won't have access to a computer)
    EXERCISE~lots of walking
    FOOD-I'm not going to preplan, but I'm going to take my WW info & tracker to write everything down.

    Fun - spend time with dd, sil, and his grandsons.
    Exercise - eliptical at the gym - tomorrow I'll do the wt machines & free wts

    B - egg, 1 sl lo-carb brd, bacon, Smart Balance marg
    S - 2 triskets & 1 cheese stick
    L - meat or poultry & veggies
    S - 2 triskets & 1 cheese stick
    D - 2 sl lo-carb brd, mayo, tomato
    S - lo-carb yogurt + peanutbutter

    Rhonda - yesterday I went to a scrapbook convention at Valley Forge PA. We just did the exhibit area - it was a zoo. Could barely get through the aisles. But, I picked up some GREAT flowers for embellishments.

    Mini goal: stayed within WW pts for 5 out of 7 days. Used points saved on the other 2 days, stayed within weekly pts allowed!
