Hey gals,
There's a great new peanut butter at Walmart called Naturally More....full of fiber....a tiny bit crunchy, and a tiny bit sweet....has to be in frig....lowfat.....low sodium and sugar......it is good.....try it out.

Sunday - July 22

There is a book called "The Secret." One of its recommendations is to have a "Gratitude Journal." BC this thread is the closest thing I have to a journal, I've decided to include something I'm grateful for on each post. Today, I'm grateful for the 3FC's website.

Fun - go shopping (maybe lunch) with my dd & sil.
Exercise - buy some exercise clothes
Eating -
B - 1 sl lo-carb brd, egg sub, Smart Bal marg, blueberries
L - chicken or fish + veggies
D - spaghetti squash, onions, tomatoes, olive oil
S - lo-carb yogurt + peanutbutter.

FUN - make some cards
EXERCISE - walked from work, going to Curves with sis after dinner
EATING
B-raisin bran, 1% milk, banana 1/2
S-1/2 c cottage cheese, cuc wedges, banana 1/2
L-1/2 c cottage cheese, cuc wedges
D-salad & drsg, bar-b-q'ed chicken breast, 1/2 c rice

For Tuesday~
Fun-make some cards (sorted photos & watched TV yesterday, I didn't make cards).....I made 3 cards
Exercise-
Eating-
B-ciabatta bun 1/2, banana 1/2, peanut butter 2 T
L-1% cottage cheese & mini carrots, 1/2 banana
D-bar-b-q'ed pork chop, salad & drsg, bar-b-q'ed potatoes, 1/2 corn, non-alcohol beer
S-small apple, 1 hard candy

Lynn, I'm a scrapbooker, so I'm using the same to make my cards & scrap paper. HAVE A GREAT DAY
