Default I lost 105 lbs without exercise...
Hi All,

I'm not 50+ but I am a fellow weightloss buddy who had a very hard time losing weight because I was not able to excercise from a back injury and some meds I had taken caused a huge amount of weight gain in a short period of time.. from there my weight continued to go up... I would love to be a support & receive support...

Hi Ken . . .

Thank you for thinking of us and congratulations on your really great weight loss. Keep up the good work. We know it must have been very difficult for you without the added benefit of exercise.

There is a forum here at 3FC especially designed for those who are dieting with physical obstacles and I would have thought that would have been the most inspiring location for your story, but you seemed to have missed it so far?
