    Exercise - went back to the gym YEA!!!!

    B - 1 sl lo-carb brd, 1/4 cup egg sub, 1/4 cup milk, 1/8 cup blueberries
    L - 2 sl lo-carb brd, mayo, tomato
    D - spaghetti squash, tomatoes, cheddar cheese
    S - lo-carb yogurt + peanutbutter

    Exercise - walk 30 minutes
    Fun - watching TV and playing with the Yorkies

    B - egg and slice of wheat toast
    S - cheese stick
    L - Garden salad and three spicey baked hot wings
    S - blueberries
    D - Plan to have chichen salad or tuna salad

    Fun - Scrapping
    Exercise - short walk (30 min)
    Eating -
    B - lo-carb yogurt + peanutbutter
    L - spaghetti squash, tomatoes, pepper, onion, garlic, cheddar cheese
    D - fish, veggies
    S - SF pudding

  • Lynn, I love spaghetti squash....we had it last night.

    F. Going to Walmart!!!!!! Going to get a different WATP dvd so I can mix them up and not get bored.

    Exercise: 2 mile walk and 15 min Oxycise deep breathing.

    B. Cinn. Toast, fruit
    S. Cheese stick
    L. Turkey sandwich
    S. 10 low fat wheat thins/wedge of laughing cow cheese.....sugar free jello if still hungry.
    D. Grilled Salmon, grilled veggies
    S. if I have one either jello or a handful of thin pretzels

    D - lamb chops (2), sweet potato, broccoli & cauliflower, Smart Balance

  • Hi I'm new to this site. I would like to join the challenge. For today July 15:

    B---fiber cereal, blueberries, soy milk (I'm beginning to really like it)
    L/D---Smoked turkey leg, salad, nectarine
    S---frozen yogurt

    F--I attended service this morning. I visited my mom. Spent some time with husband and daughter. (Son went to the movies with his Friend) I will also read. Might sound dull to others, but I'm happy

    This week I will have fun by preparing my kitchen walls for paint..after I finish my 8 hour day. <smile>

    Exercise - Enroll in new gym
    Fun - make dinner for friend & either go for a walk on the canal (if it's not so HOT), or go to the movies

    B - protein shake
    L - tuna salad
    D - sesame Asian lamb chops (I'll put the recipe in our recipe sticky thread)
    S - lo-carb yogurt, peanutbutter

    L---1 point wrap, 2oz pastrami, 1oz swiss cheese, plenty of veggies, including hot banana peppers

    Snack--popcorn, 2 pt chocolate snack
    D---low carb pasta, 1 cup of tomato/meat sauce
    F---Walk Away the Pounds 30 minutes and read part of my novel
