L - 2 sl lo-carb brd, mayo, tomato
D - spaghetti squash, tomatoes, cheddar cheese
S - lo-carb yogurt + peanutbutter
Exercise - walk 30 minutes
Fun - watching TV and playing with the Yorkies
B - egg and slice of wheat toast
S - cheese stick
L - Garden salad and three spicey baked hot wings
S - blueberries
D - Plan to have chichen salad or tuna salad
Exercise - short walk
Fun - chatting with old friends
B - boiled egg and toast
S - almonds
L - skipped it
S - 2 cheese sticks
D - Chicken Taco salad with salsa and sour cream (didn't eat the shell it came in)
Fun - Scrapping

D - fish, veggies
S - SF pudding
Lynn, I love spaghetti squash....we had it last night.
F. Going to Walmart!!!!!! Going to get a different WATP dvd so I can mix them up and not get bored.
Exercise: 2 mile walk and 15 min Oxycise deep breathing.

L/D---Smoked turkey leg, salad, nectarine
S---frozen yogurt
F--I attended service this morning. I visited my mom. Spent some time with husband and daughter. (Son went to the movies with his Friend) I will also read. Might sound dull to others, but I'm happy
This week I will have fun by preparing my kitchen walls for paint..after I finish my 8 hour day. <smile>

Fun - make dinner for friend & either go for a walk on the canal (if it's not so HOT), or go to the movies

D---low carb pasta, 1 cup of tomato/meat sauce
