We all could be more disciplined but as long as we keep putting more feet forward than back we will be ok.
Took the dogs out for 3.5 on a gorgeous morning here...sweatshirt and short weather. Did 2 on the treadmill after we got back.
Angie is off tomorrow so we will probably go to the beach and walk then breakfast at the outside cafe...mutts love that!

Had a nice walk along the beach, then breakfast at the cafe, with Angie and the mutts this morning. I am having my double hernia surgery tomorrow so I may be missing for a few days here.

yesterday walked 4 miles (~ 1 hour)
Total: 8 days: 634 minutes (10.6 hours) (44%) done / 1440 minutes (goal)

today i did jillian michaels 30 day shred, levels 1 , 2 and 3.
total time - 1 hour and 25 minutes
total calories buned - 703 calories (i used my new heart rate monitor, which i love!
)
Total: 9 days: 719 minutes (12 hours) (50%) done // 1440 minutes (goal for the month)

saturday - c25k week 2 - 29 minutes
sunday - c25k week2, plus hiking, plus stair climbing - total minutes = 122 minutes
