    I like the idea of keeping a running tally of our workouts and mins. So I'm going to copy

    November = 55 mins.
    1-4: None
    5: 49 mins on Stairmaster and 6 min ab workout.

    Today I did.

    1. 55 minutes of Jillian Michaels : no more trouble zone dvd
    (boy was i sweating! she takes no breaks, i have to pause the dvd though!).

    then I did 29 minutes of the biggest loser cardio max dvd. i wanted to workout for 2 hours , but after 1 and half hours, my tummy started growling and i was feeling tired and hungry. so i thought its not worth it. as your body needs fuel to workout, and if your working out and your hungry your body will only start to metabolism lean muscle! which i dont want.


    Total: 6 days: 454 minutes (7.6 hours) (32%) done / 1440 minutes (goal)

  • Nov 1- 45 min ride on the indoor trainer
    Nov 2- 40 min run- intervals
    Nov 3- 30 min ride on trainer at recovery pace

  • I had a major binge last night (sunday) , excess of 1000 calories! so i had to workout for 2 hours (last night sunday) to burn it all off!

    did 2 hours of alternative jogging on the spot and step. i have so learnt my lesson!!

    Total: 7 days: 574 minutes (9.6 hours) (40%) done / 1440 minutes (goal)

    thanks Narnia! i had to, i had my weigh in today. didnt want all my hard work to be thrown out the window cause of one binge.

    i'm tired today. so taking a rest day today

    i know - my discipline went out the window, it happens from time to time, no one can be perfectly on plan all of the time. as long as most of the time you are on track.. its hard being disciplined all of the time. but i try my best. its not easy. but yeh you're right I definately need to be more disciplined if i want to get to my goal weight i just fell of the wagon, i dont even know why i did it. i guess i just really wanted those doritos! i'm not buying them anymore, i cant trust myself if they are in the house.

    i alternated between running on the spot and doing step ups
