Hi everyone, I came here to admit that I haven't worked out even one day in November I have really been struggling to get going again after being sick. I have to stop with the excuses and just do it! Coming here and reading everyone's posts has got me motivated again, so I will be starting my workout in a few minutes.

readytobeme - that's wonderful that you and your mom are going to Curves together!

Ez - sorry to hear that you need to have surgery. I hope everything goes smoothly and that you have a speedy recovery.

Echo - love your new avatar!

Great job with the exercise everyone

You're welcome EZ.

Aww thanks so much Narnia! and thats so great you're getting back into working out! its perfectly normal to find it difficult to get back into the exercise routine when you have been off cause of illness. aww thats good that the posts have inspired you! welcome back!
---

week 1:

sun 1st: workout 1: jillian michaels -fat booster metabolism workout ~ 45 minute; workout 2: Cardio X p90x. ~ 45 minute

mon 2nd: workout 1: p90x - chest and back ~ 1 hr; workout 2: Dares from Blue team challenge.

tues 3rd: C25K week 2, plus 30 minutes of walking; 10 minutes jumping on my rebounder; 15 minutes of step.

weds 4th: p90x shoulders and arms ~ 1 hr

Thurs 5th: p90x Plyometrics (jump training) ~ 1 hour

Fri 6th: REST

tommorow is my rest day. since i've been working out 6 days in a row since last saturday and need my body to rest, even though oddly enough i dont want to! but i know i must!! jillian michaels talks about how working out is the architect and resting is the builder. when your working out, your creating tiny micro tears and then rest is when your body heals the muscles creating stronger leaner muscles. so its when you rest that you're building a stronger leaner body! so that makes me feel less guilty taking the day off tommorow from exercise

You can do it, you are so close!

WTG Diva and Michele with your workouts

I like the idea of keeping a running tally of our workouts and mins. So I'm going to copy

November = 55 mins.
1-4: None
5: 49 mins on Stairmaster and 6 min ab workout.
