  • We all could be more disciplined but as long as we keep putting more feet forward than back we will be ok.

    Took the dogs out for 3.5 on a gorgeous morning here...sweatshirt and short weather. Did 2 on the treadmill after we got back.

    Angie is off tomorrow so we will probably go to the beach and walk then breakfast at the outside cafe...mutts love that!

  • Had a nice walk along the beach, then breakfast at the cafe, with Angie and the mutts this morning. I am having my double hernia surgery tomorrow so I may be missing for a few days here.

  • today i did jillian michaels 30 day shred, levels 1 , 2 and 3.
