    I know its kinnda late to join in but i'd really like to join u for the rest of this month and hopefully get motivated to do my daily excercise cuz i've been lazy lately.

    I just realized that I haven't posted any of my workouts since November 8th.

    November = 614.5 mins.
    1-4: None
    5: Stairmaster & ab workout.= 55 mins.
    6: Step and weights circuit workout = 61 mins.
    7: Stairmaster & ab workout = 56 mins
    8: Total body weight workout = 65 mins.
    9: Step workout, (HIIT) = 62 mins.
    10: Stairmaster & abs = 59 mins.
    11: None
    12: Total body weights + abs = 54.5 mins.
    13: Stairmaster = 40 mins.
    14: Stairmaster = 49 mins.
    15: Weights - back, biceps & abs = 42 mins.
    16: Stairmaster = 51 mins.
    17: Stairmaster 20 mins.

  • Jumping in even though it's nearly the end of the month...

    I restarted C25K. I haven't pulled on my runners since the 10k I did on the last weekend in August. Life has been yucky.

    But now I'm doing it again. Week 1 day 2 today, and it was harder than I remember. But I did it! Heat and all (>30 degrees C already).

    Total for November: 2 days. 70 minutes.

  • Hey everyone! nice to see the thread busy with lots of exercise!

    my update for this week :

    1 smilie for each workout completed.

    monday -
    walking - approx 4 miles. 60 minutes

    tuesday - rest

    weds -
    light walking and step ups - 94 minutes

    thursday - rest

    friday -
    workout 1 bike - 53 minutes.
    workout 2 - circuit training - 44 minutes

    saturday -
    workout 1: biggest loser cardio max - 63 minutes.
    workout 2: c25k week 3, then interval wind sprints - 53 minutes

    sunday -
    jillian michaels no more trouble zone - 55 minutes

    total smilies this week = 7 smilies


    taking a rest day tommorow.

    Total for November: 17 days: 1341 minutes (22.4 hours) (93%) done // 1440 minutes (goal for the month)

    Mucha gracias! I hope to make this my home, holding steady under 140, so it's fitness and weight training for me.
  • I'm with Mercy. I am so over the BL Challenge it ain't even funny. I mean BOTH teams were abandoned and if it weren't for Monte taking charge...I dunno... But anyways. I am going to be concentrating more on eating healthier and exercise and let the chips fall where they will.
