I'm delighted. I stayed at 185.5. After weeks of bouncing in a higher range, it's great to stay in the 185's.

I think I'm going to stay out of this thread. My weight changes so slowly that it stresses me out too much when I start to feeling like I'm "falling behind."

Webrover. Good for you! Hope you don't get lonely here.

I just hit 189, but I'm bloated for reasons I don't understand (just being female), so I can't fit into anything that I should be able to... BUT HEY 189 MAKES 20 LBS LOST!

congratulations!

I bounced up a little over the holidays and am down to 186 today. I believe I stayed in the 180s, but didn't have access to a scale every day.

Well, I've been in and out of here a couple of times, but I'm down to 182.2 as of this morning and looking to bust right through to the 170's (again), and this time to never come back. Being back on here and posting is a big step in the right direction for me...as so as I stop eating well and exercising I avoid this site like the plague!

Still bouncing around - 185 this morning. Looking back I've stayed in the same range for a month!

185. Hope I can breeze through right down to 170's in the next two or three weeks.

I left the 180's in September, but rejoined them in December. I didn't want to admit it to myself, but I need to get serious again. I was back up to 186.8, but am back down to 182.4 as of today. I want to see the 170's again by the end of this month!

I am back, after 2 months of silly season, I went back up to 189, but I have gotten down to 184 this week, my lowest.
Something has changed this time around, last year it took 3 months to lose 3 kg, now I'm losing 1kg a week.
