Jb1975: Have fun in the parade! I've done that and it's terrific exercise.

December goals: 1200 minutes, 8 ST session, 24 days of at least 8K steps

1: 40 walk; 40/1200, 1/24 8K
2: 40 walk; 80/1200, 2/24 8K
3: 30 walk; 110/1200, 3/24 8K
4: 40 walk; 150/1200, 4/24 8K

12/05 75 min (45 min treadmill 30 min PiYo)

Week One Total: 251 min

Dec 3 Used stairs instead of elev at work, 5 flights; 10 min walk outdoors to parking lot
Dec 4 10 min walk outdoors; 5 min indoor mini stepper
Dec 5 30 min brisk walk on treadmill, 15 ab curls, 10 min salsa dancing

Day 2 - 2.1km walk 18:39 (plus 9.7km cycle and 2.5km run)
Day 3 - 2km walk 18:05
Day 4 - 2.5km 22:34
Day 5 - 2km 18:32
Day 6 - 2km 19:40 (after a 5km run)

Hi, I hope it is ok to join now. I have not exercised in a long while, so I am setting my goal for 15 minutes three times a week. I know that is not much, but I am pretty sure I can do more but don't want to get discouraged . Have a wonderful evening!
