I'm going to miss my 24 days of 8K steps goal (but I'll see how close I can get!). The good news is that I met my strength-training goal yesterday! Since I had to do my workout indoors again, I figured that I might as well get that done.
December goals: 1200 minutes, 8 ST session, 24 days of at least 8K steps
Joy awesome job completing your strength training goal! I see you are close to meeting your minutes too. Keep it up! You set a lot of goals and meeting 2 out of 3 is great.
I seem to have no problem with the cardio, so this month my goal is just for yoga and strength, some weights and crunches.

Well I'm not going to make my goal, but did find out splitting off the yoga and weights didn't work for me, I didn't do them at all until the day before yesterday...so I have restarted my exercise program and learned a valuable lesson so next month, back to completing however many weeks of my program.
So I restarted at week 17 (week 1)
12/15-yoga, strength, cardio (ex. Bike 30)
12/16-abs, cardio bike 30
12/17-yoga, strength
12/18-cardio (rail trail 4 miles)
12/19-off
12/20-cardio (rail trail)
12/21-strength, cardio (walk at work, 1 mile)
12/22-cardio (rail trail)
12/23- off travel day
12/24- cardio (walk at Busch Gardens ChristmasTown)
12/25- cardio (3 mile walk on beach)
12/26- cardio (walk at Jamestown NP)
12/27- cardio (3.3 mile hike at Pocahantas SP)
12/28- cardio (3.1 mile walk at Antietam NP)
12/29- cardio (rail trail)
12/30- yoga (finally completed the week!), abs, plan cardio, rail trail this afternoon
12/31-
I'm going to say I made my goal of running 4x/week. This week is only half in December, and I've run 3x, with a plan to run again on Saturday.
Week 1 of Nov/December: 4 days running completed
Week 2 of December: 4 days running completed
Week 3 of December: 4 days running completed, + 1 extra day!
Week 4 of December: 4 days running completed
