Well I'm not going to make m goal, but did find out splitting off the yoga and weights didn't work for me, I didn't do them at all until the day before yesterday...so I have restarted my exercise program and learned a valuable lesson so next month, back to completing however many weeks of my program.
So I restarted at week 17 (week 1)
12/15-yoga, strength, cardio (ex. Bike 30)
12/16-abs, cardio bike 30
12/17-yoga, strength
12/18-cardio (rail trail 4 miles)
12/19-off
12/20-cardio (rail trail)
12/21-strength, cardio (walk at work, 1 mile)
12/22-cardio (rail trail)
12/23- off travel day
12/24- cardio (walk at Busch Gardens ChristmasTown)
12/25- cardio (3 mile walk on beach)
12/26- cardio (walk at Jamestown NP)
12/27- cardio (3.3 mile hike at Pocahantas SP)
12/28- cardio (3.1 mile walk at Antietam NP)
12/29- cardio (rail trail)
12/30-
12/31-
