  • My November seems to be shaping up pretty well. The goals were challenging but doable. So, I think I'll keep them the same for December:
    • 1200 minutes
    • 24 days with 8000 steps or more
    • 8 Strength Training sessions

  • My exercise goal for December is 15 minutes of rowing a day and 30 minutes of walking a day.

  • December goal: Continue running 4 days a week, using the Hal Higdon plan for increasing mileage in preparation for a half marathon.

    If I can find a 5K that fits my schedule, I'll do that sometime late in December.

  • Goal:
    15mins rowing per day
    30mins walking per day

    1 - 15m rowing / 35m walk
  • Goal for the month is Workout/C25K AT LEAST 12 hours.
  • As reluctant as I am to join this challenge, since I haven't made goal in a while, I am going to sign up again! This time, I'm going to give myself more wiggle room though and set my goal as going to the gym 3 times per week. Good luck, everyone!

  • Good morning all!

    I seem to have no problem with the cardio, so this month my goal is just for yoga and strength, some weights and crunches.

    December goal - yoga 12x, strength 12x
