I am going to stay on the plan so I am not dead of a heart attack by the age of 55. I also am tired of being tired. These seem like pretty good reasons to me!

I am going to stay on plan because I have lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks and did that by staying on plan and now I have 60+ to go and am so excited about lossing it!!!!!!!

I'm staying on plan today because I am tired of the little setbacks I have to deal with when I go off plan. It feels like I am starting over all over again. Also, because I am so ready to get out of the 150's.

I'm going to stay on plan today, and tomorrow, and the next day, because if I stay on plan, I'll be a healthy weight by my birthday in September! And hey, if there happens to be a 10 year reunion in October, that wouldn't hurt either.

I am staying on plan today because I am stronger now then I ever was. I have this image of what I am going to look like at goal in the most perfect outfit and I will look awesome. I am going to do whatever it takes to get to goal.

I am going to stya onplan because today I am wearing pants I could not wear 3-1-09 and that is just after 10pound loss I am so looking forward to a 20 pound loss..KEEP GOING GIRLS!!!
