Hello!

So, today the scale read 179.2 everywhere I sat it down! It's official, I'm heading to the 170's thread! Nothing personal, but I hope never to be here again!

Hi 180s thread! It looks like everyone just left but I'm super excited to be here!!! Congrats to those of you who just went on down in their journey! I weighed in at 187.9 lbs this morning and couldn't wait to jump over here! I've been in the 190s for MONTHS. Ah, plateaus. But it always feels like such a victory when you break through. Hope there are a few of you lurking here who want to chat and walk down the 180s with me. I'm losing so much more slowly than I did when I was over 200lbs! Looking forward to meeting you all!

Hi there! I'm 188 at the moment and desperate to leave the 180s behind forever! I was on a very strict and expensive diet for the last couple of months, but have just come off it and moved on to Diet Chef instead as it was just costing too much so my weight has gone up a bit as I've started eating more normal food the last few days. Looking forward to sharing the journey with you!

Hi MumofMany! Looks like you have been traveling for a long time too! I'm still on a pretty regimented plan but have been through a long plateau! Lets journey through the 180s together!! How's the weather in England? Its warm here in the States! Still holding fast to my current number. Took an ill advised too-long hike yesterday and ran out of water. Muscles are not happy today!

Oh that's not good to run out of water whilst walking, especially if the weather is hot. I hope you feel better soon!

It's pretty warm here at the moment. I'm loving it, but most people are whining about the heat. LOL Seems you can't keep Brits happy. They complain if it's cold or raining, and then complain when it's hot!

I love the horse ticker in your signature, do you own horses or ride?

I just re-started the weight loss journey, so I am starting out at my heaviest in the 180's. Ate a huge healthy green salad with chicken for lunch, about 300 calories total and it completely filled me up, so that is a good sign. I find it hard to stick to good eating patterns on the weekend when I am at home, so Saturdays are always tough. But its been a good day. I've promised to log all my food and it does make you stop and think before you put something into your mouth.

I get the impression that I am alone here, but I will just keep posting to myself until I get to 179! Currently at 186, so hopefully this won't take too long.

Hi Apple Blossom! I wish I could join you here, but no, I'm still struggling to get out of the 200s. I'm almost there, so close at 201. I looked around and didn't see any other thread for the 180s. Just keep posting here and eventually someone will see activity and join in. Good luck to you!! Maybe I'll see you again on my way down.

Im going to try to check in daily even if there is not much to report, like today. Did not eat well yesterday and not much exercise either. never get anywhere that way!
My focus def has to be on eating. I run a lot and it really doesn't make much difference. My biggest problem is beer so I'm going to try to keep that under control.
Ran 4 miles today.

hi appleblossom!! I weighed in at 189.6 this morning, so will be here for a while to keep you company!

Good job on running 4 miles today, I can't even imagine jogging 1/4 of a mile without dying!! I recently started the 30 day shred and am on level 1 and it is kicking my butt!

I had a good day today, ate well and got in my workout! The weekends are difficult for me, I hope that I can behave tomorrow and Sunday!
