I'm alone here it seems everyone shrank to the 170s.
Congrats to you all. Today, after a huge amount
of bad food and plenty of walking, I've landed @ 189.2.
170s, here I come!
Anyone still in here? I am at 186.6, which is 1.6 pounds away from the obese/overweight line of 185 for me. That is my teeny goals for the next week or two with the hope to be comfortably "overweight" by February 1st.
that is a tricky place to be. I guess I hope to be alone in here soon as your exit is closer than mine. I think this weekend I caneed get 1/2 through the 180s.
Wow, if you can get halfway through the 180's in just two days, that's pretty impressive. I'm at 179.4 today, but I can still keep you company here so you won't be alone.
I count my official week to week progress on Saturdays after my most energetic workout. Clocked in at 181.6, so hopefully out of here by very early February.
I was 178 on Jan 1, 2018. I was 173 at end of January. Then I kind of plateau'd in February. I started Dukan Diet last week and dropped into 169 territory on Thursday, but have popped back up and am at 170.8 today.
I am hoping to be below 160's by the end of April or May....and keep to the low 150s by the time my 50th birthday arrives in November.
