My scale is hovering between 186-188, kind of frustrating but my pants are fitting better so I'm guessing it's the muscle building I have been doing lately. I ended up a wee bit dehydrated this weekend working outside in the sun so have to remember to drink my water!
Hi all!! Joining from the 190s group. I'm currently at 188.6, hoping to be in the 170s in 3 weeks. I need to get better at journaling my meals, but I'm doing awesome at healthy eating. I just get sooo hungry all the time since I added weight lifting to my regimen!

Finally some progress. 182.4 today, which moves me into the last quarter of this decade. Home stretch. I really want to see a 7 this month. Last time I was in the 170s was college, or right after, at my wedding. And that was 19 years ago. So I'm really excited to get there.
After a long stallout in June (not a plateau, I was just eating at maintenance through laziness), I finally got my first look at the 170s. 179.8 this morning. I usually do well on weekends, so I'm hoping to hang on to it, too.
Hey, and looking back up the thread, I wanted to be out of the 180s by the end of July. I made it!

Still doing Optavia/Medifast but Im kinda getting over it. I swear some of them people act like its a cult. Dr A has a new revised version of "The Book" for $50. And if you don't purchase it youre a heathen. LOL.
Im staying around 171 and 172with some dips to 170. So Ive decided to transition to real food.
