Still tracking the wrong way, up .6 since Thursday. Wonder if body is just stressed and repairing? I went to the Dr thursday, was doing OK, but apparently after I left I tore some of the internal stitches somehow? (wenr shopping?maybe?) and ended up back there on Friday getting put back together. Ah well, will stay OP and I bet it will start moving the other way. Need to shed that 1.4 to be down a full 10# since 4/15 when I started to get myself back on track.

D Need to pay attention to the littles, up steadily the last few days. When thinking about it, salad dressing and such has not been perfect, need to pay attention to those. I am worth it, don't have to keep it and eat it just because I bought it when I was eating differently. If it isn't helping me get to goal, get rid of it!!
I am a wee bit disappointed, I did not make it to 10 pounds lost this month, but I did make 9, so, that was enormously better than I have done in years. Hoping to get at least 5 more this month. I so badly want to get to the 140's.

Got super tan too! haha I totally overate though...or ate at maintenance :/ I did so much exercise its hard to say. I even had some drinks which I NEVER do. I was back on track though yesterday. I'm doing my own mini challenge for myself of on plan eating for two weeks. I can do it!

Morning all, happy Monday. Will be a busy day here, even without 9-5 work. Have the guy coming this morning to replace the windshield in one of the cars, then have to take my car to get new tires this afternoon. Have 2 real estate deals working right now, another customer who wants to see one, waiting for YS to get back from a 3 day concert in NJ (thus be home from school for the summer, OS starts summer classes today...and so on!
DH and I have decided to take a vacay before I return to work, so we will be sorting that out. Not sure where we are going, but don't care. Ocean perfect as far as I am concerned.

I've been insanely busy. Things should settle down this week a bit though. Had epic exercise day on sunday. Went to Idyllwild to climb Tahquitz rock. I've climbed it before but this time did a much much harder route. 8 hours on the rock and 3 hours hiking. Ugh. I'm still super sore. But its good because it gives me a taste of what the bigger and longer things I want to climb will be like
