Hi all,
Thought I'd check in, on Day 5. I've hit a plateau, and I'm sure some of it is because I wasn't exercising, and have gotten off track somewhere. I think I'm ready to clamp back down, I just need to sit down and take a hard look at what I've been eating.
Today I've been good! Had scrambled egg with Kale and lf cheddar for brekkies, and I've got a salad and chicken-veggie soup for lunch. Hummus and veg for a snack.
I'm up against a challenge for the evening, though - going to a poker party at a friend's house. I'll bring the veggie platter and maybe some smoked salmon-lf cream cheese-red pepper rolls for me to snack on. I'll bring enough for everyone, of course!

Wish me luck - If I learn quickly how to play Texas Hold'em, I could win some cash! Woo hoo!
