I have to admit that I am so glad to be getting out of phase 1, but on the other hand I like the structure of phase 1? Does this sound familiar to anyone else? So, if anyone has any good ideas, or tips about phasing in to phase2 so that I don't wreck all the good work I have done that would be appreciated!!
Was anybody else nervous to start phase 2? What did you do to make it easier on your body? I know that I can't stay on phase 1 another week, I think that I would be to tempted to cheat
