December goal is 2km a day - walking but I will be running and cycling too. It seems like a realistic goal to encourage myself to keep active every day.
2km in under 20 minutes a day.
Day 1 - 2km walk 17:48
Day 2 - 2.1km walk 18:39 (plus 9.7km cycle and 2.5km run)
Day 3 - 2km walk 18:05

Goal for the month is Workout/C25K AT LEAST 12 hours.
So far this week I have gotten in:
Monday:
22 minutes on the stationary bike
23 minutes of abs and legs
Tuesday:
20 minutes of cardio
15 minutes on the treadmill
*Bonus I got in 14 flights of steps and I got 13,300+ steps yesterday. That's the most I've gotten since I started tracking a couple of weeks ago.
So, that's a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes so far. I still have to go to the gym this afternoon and I'll be walking behind a float in the Christmas parade tomorrow evening.
