NNS, I'm so sorry to hear about your fall and that your back is still bothering you! Do take care! Just nice and easy. There's plenty of time left in the month to get your core exercises in!

Karen (Econ_nerd), is there any kind of exercise you really enjoy which you could do? Walking? Dancing? Yoga? Roller skating? Hula-hooping?
(PrairieQueen, I had to throw that last one in there! I love that you are getting a weighted hula hoop!)

LyraElyse, wow! That is some exercise schedule! It wore me out just reading it, haha!

Raining, don't be nervous! You got this!

Jacqui DNo hula hoop yet. I ordered it Saturday and it hasn't even shipped yet! Amazon says it should arrive between Friday and next Wednesday I can't complain....free shipping with my other items. I've not been in the mood to exercise anyway.

Yesterday, I spent 30+ minutes in the garden picking tomatoes, peppers, and the last of the cukes. I left the basil for tonight. I made a 5 pints of pickled peppers, 3 pints of dill pickle spears, and a quart of pickled refrigerator (baby yellow sweet Hungarian) pepper slices. Sat down at 8 to veg on the sofa with hubs for 2 hours.

9/1: Made it to the gym

So, already this thread has kept me on track! Yesterday, my day was jam-packed, but I specifically woke up early just so I could cut out an hour and 15 minutes to get to the gym! Today has also been busy, but I'll definitely make it there!

PrairieQueen, wow on all the gardening and canning!

unwanted37lbs: logging on the first page is great! If you have any news -- like meeting your goal -- you'll want to make a post in the stream so that we can all cheer!

SeeMyFeet: do you want some help with light exercise ideas while you're waiting for the pool to be cleaned?
