Weigh-in was 273.4 this morning, so that's a nice start. Didn't get in my workout yesterday, so hoping to start doing that this afternoon! I did drink over 144 oz of water yesterday though, so I think that helped keep me moving downwards.
I've seen a nice loss already. I bought a juicer and have been juicing vegetables and apples since Feb. 24 and have lost 5 lbs. I'm not on a juice diet though, I still eat regular healthy food but the juices are filling so I find myself eating less.
mothermavis, I like what you've written in your signature. If I have to do something hard, I'll pick maintaining when I reach my goal. I never want to have to go through this weight loss process again.
I went off the rails a bit at the end of February, and popped above the high end of my maintenance range. So I want to get back down to the low end of my maintenance range. My goal is to lose 4 lbs in March.

As for my weigh in today, it was a little less impressive, but still down today at 273.2. I worked out yesterday for the first time in a long time and didn't get as much sleep, so that may be part of it. Still happy to be going downward, though! Does anyone else notice that they stall on weight or even gain a bit sometimes the day after a hard workout?
opheliaphoenix: If I'm sore from a workout, I especially notice that effect. I think the muscles are holding on to some water. Over time, the workouts definitely help!
