I won't make the goal that I set but it has been a HARD month! If I can just get into the 240's by Easter I will consider it a HUGE accomplishment! Of course, every ounce closer to 244 will be great!
I cannot believe I never even entered my starting weight. I have been gaining all month. Today I weighed 258.6. That's 3.6 higher than January 1st. I will see how close I can get to 255 by next Sunday.
But my name definitely does not go red for success this month, I am just trying to reboot and refocus.
Wow, so many of us have either made it to goal already, or are so close! Great job. I'm not doing that great my stats are:
SW 168.8
CW 167.4
GW 165
So it's looking like I might not make it to my goal weight for this month, but I'm ok with that because I'm moving in the right direction.
But how do all of you react when you don't meet a goal? Does it discourage you to the point that you want to give up, or do you just try harder next month?
