Hello my fabulous blue team mates! This is my first challenge and I'm sooo ready for this. Go Blue! Maybe we all can introduce ourselves? I want to get to know you!
Hi Sophia and WELCOME!
I have a funny feeling our fabulous leader will have a get to know you post in the near future.. but for now.. HI! I'm Abby.. Im on here a lot... hehe This is my second BLC and I lost 30 pounds in the last one
Hey Bluesers!
I'm looking forward to a great challenge!!! I am also looking forward to getting into Onederland during this challenge. It has been well over 10 years since I have been under 200.
Hooray for the Blue Team! I am so happy to see some of my favourite past-Bluesers back, and to see so many new faces. I'm also super excited for all of us to kick some booty.
Can I start us off with a Question of the Day? Who are you and what does "on plan" mean to you?
I'm Marianne, I'm 23 and I live in Vancouver, BC where we are currently having our first "real" winter in years. I'm a busy lady - working full-time, volunteering lots, and going to school part-time.
My fiance and I are getting married in October, so we're both looking to get into better shape before our wedding! "On plan" to me means eating mindfully, making activity a priority, and treating myself with care and respect. I'm not currently following any particular diet, because it tends to make me crazy mentally; instead I'm writing weekly meal plans that focus on lots of veggies, lean protein and whole grains, and shooting for 30+ minutes of activity 6 days a week.

I don't really know any of yall yet but I'm going to try to change that starting now... I'm Elise. I'm 26, married and mom to 4 kids. I've been overweight since I had my first son, but I have new motivation to get fit this year. My cousin/bff is getting married in May and I'm her matron of honor (and the only bridesmaid, oy).
The dress is blue so I was secretly hoping to be one the blue team. A friend of the family is making it so I have time to get in shape, have it altered, etc. but it's... *cue scary music* ...strapless. So I've enlisted the help of my hubby to help me get whipped into shape.
Anyways, I can't wait to meet all of you! I'm going to try to get my 3FC journal started tonight (Oh... and I have to take my "before" pictures... *shudder*) so maybe we can visit each other's journals for support and to get to know each other better.
Hi to my old Blueser teammates and Welcome to the newbie Bluesers!
I am Donna...You can call me DJ.
This is my second Challenge. I lost 29 lbs in the last challenge and won TBL crown! I plan to work hard to keep that title...but I will be just as happy to see any of you come and take the crown from me...Just so long as it doesn't end up on a Red Head:sad:
Staying OP to me means that I have all of my Medifast meals during the day and my lean and green meal at 6:30. No eating after my lean and green except fot a pickel spear of SF jello for a snack if I need one. I drink at least 64 oz of water per day and walk 3 miles per day and incorporate as many flights of stairs as I can along the way. That is what I consider OP.
Any additional workouts are above and beyond for me and make me feel like a real bad a$$
Wow, dj! Congrats! And we'll do our best to the crown blue, right ladies?
Staying "On Point" to me means sticking to my exercise regimen (which is going to be every week day, for at least an hour) and to use common sense when it comes to eating. I'm not going to do an actual diet, just try to eat better and proper portions.

On plan.....going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week and staying within 1300 to 1500 calories a day. Also keeping my thoughts on the future not on the past.
Who am I??? There really isn't much to tell other than I'm 34 and ready to begin living life not letting it pass me by.
Go Blue!!!
I'm so excited to be starting this challenge. Got my workout room painted today. DH will move my machines in tomorrow for me. Tomorrow is my B-day. turning 43! I am so ready to be in shape finally. This is my year!
Now let's kick some butt!!!
What OP means to me is drinking enough water, eating mindfully, doing yoga, and doing some other physical activity every day. I don't really count calories because it motivates me less than more. I do look at the calorie and serving size on packages before eating though so I can get a ballpark for where I am.
I'm 25 and I haven't been at a normal weight since I was in elementary school. I've tried to lose weight before and I was moderately successful at it before getting discouraged and stopping. I think I'm at the lowest weight I've been in my adult life right now and I can't wait to be a normal size for good. I'm losing weight to expand my yoga practice and I'd also like to get stronger to train in martial arts.
That's a brief summary of where I'm coming from. I'm looking forward to working with you ladies (and gents if there are any on our team).
OP to means following the Body for Life plan. Six small meals per day combining a protein and a carb for a total of 1500 cals. Working out six days per week (6 cardio & 2 strength training). Two free meals per week instead of 1 whole free day. I also plan on ordering the sensewear minifly for my bday. Hoping that will help keep me motivated.
Okey, I'm Sophia Augusta and I'm 25. English is not my first language so bear with me. I live together with my dog in a small apartment here in Sweden. I study anthtropology and work part-time for the government with elections.
On plan means for me that I eat a 90% raw food diet. My biggest weakness is boredom eating - and when I'm bored I go straight for the sweets. I looooove to work out but need to get started again after a 2 month break. My favourite exercise is ashtanga yoga and I will begin an intensive advance course on Tuesday. I'm not a fan of the gym (other than the treadmill) but I love to take classes.
I'm Abby...currently living in KY. I lost 30 pounds during the last challenge and hope to lose even more this time around Im recently married to a fabulous man. He is currently deployed.
On plan to me means taking care of my mind, body and spiirt. I eat as naturally as possible... whole grains, loads of veggies, fruit, yogurt and protien. im toying with the possibility of staying away from meats... most of my protien comes from the powder, yogurt and other alternative forms. I drinks loads of water and lots of herbal teas.. I love ROOIBOS TEA! and Chai.. and pepprmint.. oh so many yummy flavours! lol
Some of my fave workouts include, jogging, yoga booty ballet, Biggest loser cardio max and random weigh training I find on youtube! hehe I am a lunge and squat lover... it really makes a diference! I love Yoga too
That's me in a nutshell
