Default Woo Hoo!

This is going to be a fabulous year and an absolute win for the blue team! I can feel it!!!!!!!

My info: I'm 37, have a live in BF (I call Boblian ~ half Bob, half Jillian in his efforts to keep me motivated). He has promised 1/2 carat for each 10lbs I lose, not sure if I believe him, but I'm willing to find out! I have 4 kids (DS 19, DSD 9, DSS 7, DSS 4). I work full time, hate to cook, and tolerate exercise. I need all the motivation I can get girls! I love music, I love photography, and I can't wait to weigh 150!!!

On Plan means I drank my water, did my exercise (30 min daily), and stayed under 1600 cals.
Let me just tell you, I am totally committed to this challenge for my health, my general happiness, and a huge Blue Team win! I wish everyone a safe and successful challenge and look forward to learning more about ya!

Lets do the dang thang!

NIX: That is such a great challenge you have with your hubby for the 1.2 carat per pound thang! Good luck!

I get a professional camera from my DH on the day that I weigh less than him

I'm Andi! I am 30 yrs old, married and have a 9 yr old son. This is my 4th TBL challenge on 3FC.

What does On Plan mean to me?
*It means drinking my water (64-80 ounces) and eating between 1200-1500 calories (or 27 Weight Watchers points).
*It means that I take my "me time" and go to the gym or workout at home 4-6 days a week.
~ boot camp (Tuesday &/or Thursday)
~ gym 3 days a week other than boot camp
~ DVD's (Turbo Jam/TBL) or Wii games (Wii Fit/Jillian Michael's 2009 Ultimatum)
*It means that I journal my water/food/exercise daily (I need to get better at this) and blog.
~ Livestrong/The Daily Plate
~ WeightWatchers.com

Me too. I eat nonstop when I'm bored which is all day. But it's not just sweets... salty, too.

I loooooove lunges and squats. I know they're working the next day when I get up and walk around.

I'm Heather. I have done two challenges though last challenge I dropped out about midway due to lack of motivation and personal life craziness! I'm a vegan and a runner (slowww runner). I am an auditor with a public accounting firm so my life is getting ready to be hellacious and busy. In addition to my normal busy work life I'm taking a CPA review class on Tuesdays and Thursdays form 6pm to 10pm. I'll be around but not as much as I'd like to be!

OP = keeping my calories under 2,000 (I try to range between 1400-1900), drinking my water and moving some everyday with one day a week allowed of no exercise.

I'm feeling so much more motivated then I did last challenge and ready to lose some fat!

Ah now see I hate the squats and lunges...but love the stairs. I often do 20 flights during my daily walk at work. I'm thinking of upping that to 25 for this challenge!

Heather, don't have too much fun with that CPA review! I know you will be stressed out this coming tax season... I hate this time of year as well, we will be busy at work too... Oh wait, when haven't we been busy this past year?!

I KNOW you've had an um "exciting" year at work! For some reason they never told me in school that in your 3rd year of work your "busy season" is ALL YEAR LONG!! It's just worse in the 1st quarter!
Glad you're on blue this time .
