Blue Team Rocks TBL AGAIN

Thanks for all the well wishes. me4life, thinpossible and fatchickBgone Congrats to you also!
I wish I had the capacity to loose 10 lbs every week...but most of that was bloat from eating badly and drinking alcohol instead of water over the holidays. That weight came of in about 3 days...so I hope everyone isn't looking for 10 lbs, every week. Usually it has been 1-3 lbs. when I can manage to stay OP.

sportmom-yes I am still doing medifast...It is the one thing that I have been able to stick to because it does curb my cravings when I stay OP. I love the program but I am looking forward to moving into the maintenance phase and then on to weight watchers.

Aww Dora I do hope you feel better soon. You seem like a different person this go round. I hate to hear you so down. Just know you are soooo very loved around here and we are all pulling for you. I have had some battles with depression...especially in the winter months. Outragous spending was often a result. It seems to stem from the same place as the outragous eating. I'm finding that it is all about balance for me. My whole mental, physical, emotional well being can be thrown askew if I neglect my eating, sleep, excersise, prayer, relaxation etc...in other words...If I neglect me. You strike me as a giver who takes care of others first. I greatly admire that...but make sure you take care of Dora first!

VegGirl and river- I'm in on the NYC shopping trip! I will definatly be going when I get to goal and can coordinate times with my sister. I'll let you know when I firm up the dates. I think it would be a blast to meet up there and do the 5th Ave stroll!

Bejeweled-I also think you have a Michelle Obama look going on in that picture. You are a very pretty girl. It's good to see what you really look like...I had a feeling you weren't black and yellow striped with a stinger!

Practiceliving-Go to the gym TODAY...oh and start eating right! I know you can do this...You know you can do this...

We can all do this! So let's do this today!

Have a great OP day!

DJ

Yesterday was such a busy day for me I didn't have time to get back on here. But now I see...Blue Team Rocks

Back is feeling better so I will attempt workout tonite. I am going to buy a back brace this weekend so hopefully that will help until I can toughen up these ab muscles.

Going out with friends for dinner tonite. Already have my menu planned so I will stay within my cals.

I hear that Sage Instants is good when you have no inventory to keep up with. Any advice from anyone who uses that for a small business??? I need help!
Selena-First of all don't quit. We are here for you. If you slip up we will pick u up, kick your butt, and move on! You can do this. My dh and I have been in business since '94. It can be overwhelming at times. I used to do all the office work and work with him at night. But since I graduated I have been out in the workforce. I still do the payroll and all the taxes. We hired someone to do scheduling and invoicing. It can be scary but it is so rewarding. I use Quickbooks and love it. I used to do all the invoicing, taxes, payroll, etc. by hand. I don't have any inventory for our line of work. At the end of the year I just pop in a flash drive and bring that to my accountant, makes life so much easier. I believe most accountants carry the software for quickbooks for that reason. If your not doing payroll get the cheaper version. HTH!

Have a great OP day everyone!!!

Sorry about the true confession here - not feeling sorry for myself, just out of control. Some of my anxiety may be faith-based as well, so this is deeper than anyone cares to delve into here.
Dora, overspending and bingeing are classic signs of depression. These things can help release the neurotransmitters and hormones in your brain and body that literally make you feel more energized and alert. Please talk with your naturopath. And, don't forget that our physical well being can seriously impact our faith-based reactions. I'll be sending special "thoughts" your way.

So, I cried a lot during biggest loser. I felt like such a ninny! I won't post any spoilers, but a talk that Bob had with one of the ladies really hit home with me and made me do some soul and minding searching of my own. Basically, I'm afraid of failure. I'm afraid that this time will be like the last 100 times I started this weight loss journey and I started a fitness program. So, rather than fail again, I just don't try. So, what am I going to do differently this time. Well, like Bob said, "just *blankety-blank* do it!!!! So, I am. Meanwhile, I'll keep journaling, listening to Jillian's podcasts, reading success stories on the web....and, chatting with my Bluesers and my friends on 3FC. This time, it's gonna be different!

Have a great on-plan day. Go Blue!
