I woke up sick today, hope I can exercise. I also gained this week the last four weeks have sucked with my weight.

Jumped back on the bike this evening and went for a walk! I'm motivated!

9/8 14.75 + 2 (biking) + 2.5 (walking) = 19.25

crazy, it doesn't look like the last four weeks have been all that bad. Don't get discouraged. Just keep moving, even if the eating's not going so well. It will still help.

The eating has been good that's what pi$$es me off. I'm going to keep on trucking. Here are all the runs/walks I've been doing

Thanks, rmc! I didn't quite hit 50 in August, but I'm doing it in September!

Wanting to, no, my miles aren't swimming because I have become allergic to chlorine in the last few years. Sad. (And also, swimming a mile takes me FOREVER! )I mostly run/walk on the treadmill, or outside if it's nice.

Crazy4weightloss, I am going to start writing down everything I eat again too. I've been slacking on the diet front recently...

Hi everyone! Hope you are all well and feeling good. I was a bit of a slug yesterday. Did some toning/weights work, but no walking. We had wicked thunderstorms in the morning, then the day just got away from me. I have to remember that it gets darker out earlier now and adjust my schedule accordingly.

Oh well, today is a brand new day and I've already been out for my walk. Hope to get on the bike later on as well. Hope you are all out there MOVING and enjoying this lovely day! ~Rita

Where is everyone? crazy? wanting to? bueller? (You're probably all to young to remember that!) Anyway, I know it can get crazy trying to follow lots of threads, so if y'all don't want to keep this one up, it's ok. I track myself anyways.

i'm here. i only do mileage every other day MWF and if I can on saturday. I am a little behind on the schedule to make 50 miles, but I can make up for it with weekend walks. How is everybody else?
