I can't believe this but I did 7 miles today I walked to and from my favorite place to eat, then walked another 2 miles for a total of 7 miles.

Ahh! Gotta get some mileage in today! Been slacking... 4 days left in the month, everyone! I've got 8.75 miles to go. I really want to make this goal. It will be the first time since May I actually did all 50!

Sept. 28 3.1 miles BIG DAY for me, I ran that in 38.42 Last time i did a 5k it was 40.10
