Well, I just can't think of anything for a new 21-day challenge for me! My THE DIET!!!! is kind of like W's back-to-basics plan. I'm just doing what I can and what I know works, even though I've been eating too much and exercising too little ... which is ok because I was supposed to cut back when I had an "event" last month, but now I'm ready ... how run-on is that sentence?
Anyhow, my THE DIET!!!! goal for this week is 420 minutes of exercise and to continue my paper journal and weekly spreadsheet of calories in and out. Thought I'd post 'em here, but it's not really a 21-dayer as I just can't commit to any particular thing right now. Maybe I'll get an inspiration later.

Well, done with Day 1 of new challenge and on Day 2.
Amarantha, our dearest I received da prize on yesterday. THANKS for such a pretty box and journal. I have already started using the journal.
Challengettes, I will thake a picture of the da prize this weekend and post it for you to see how kind our is. Ladies, if you didn't know it already, Amarantha is a very kind hearted person! She has a good spirit.
It is funny. Every day on my way to work I pass by the place where they are doing BarBri (it is the bar exam study course). I still have not seen anyone I know, but it just gives me a bit of a chuckle because they are SO stressed out right now, but generally speaking they will all be just fine. I keep wanting to shout to them "you are fine. don't worry. everyone passes. I didn't even take barbri and I passed," but then I just keep biking on by.

Zadie, I think you are wonderful to be so relaxed about your accomplishment in passing the bar, not to mention being caffeine free!!!! I am not supposed to have for awhile and it's killing me to pass on icy frappucino, not to mention iced chai tea (has caffeine) at Border's with a scone ... a scone without chai doesn't do anything for me!

Today is day one of my new challenge...I'll follow a 1300 cal plan like before, drink my water everyday, go to the gym, no junk food, more salads, more study. I would like to increase the exercise but until 22nd of July I'll be so stressed out with time (lots and lots and lots of exams...) After that I'll be free (vacation yeah yeah yeah) and i'm planning to really exercise more and rush a bit my losing but I'll keep you update then where is everybody? miss you people... Portugal is in the final of Euro2004, here are so happy here, we'll play against Greece on Sunday. go everyone, we can make it

Completed Day 4 and now on Day 5.
I will be on vacation next week, so might not post everyday. But will keep you updated if I don't stay on challenge. We are having a family reunion too.
