Im with ya...im going to challenge myself to not weigh in until my official WI day,sunday morning. Oh and i plan on getting that yoga dvd soon,thanks for your comments on it. Think i will go with Rodney Yee's beginner first,then on to something more advanced( i need to know the correct form in all the poses
)Lori-Great way of thinking...hugs! My kids started back tuesday with a 2hr delay...im just glad there back in school. I can breath agian,LOL. Love my kids but mommy needs here time alone...LOL
