OH, yes I will....I freakin' did something to lateral side of my knee during an overhead squat on Friday. Classic knee brusitis right now. RATS. 
I've become way to comfortable with weathering injuries. Wow. Not a good thing. Not condoning it or suggesting it any way. Just an observation and one that perhaps I should work on changing. 


weather here after 5 days of clouds/rain. I need to step away from the computer and go enjoy it! Lots of errands to do, ending at the gym where I get to do the last round (for awhile) the cursed WBWO with 3 - count them 3! - exercises with the barbell in the corner. Soooo tired of those, even if they are effective.

He FINALLY said that he was pretty impressed that I hadn't completely lost control of the car. Anyway, we managed to get everything fixed in Toronto before we left so the drive back was not horrendous, but it sure added to the cost of the trip. Monster SUV driver just kept going

, so they guide it underneath the chin and are the brakes. If your arms/shoulders/traps get fatigued, then you are pulling, not using hip drive (or not using enough), so you are doing an upright row, not a sumo deadlift high pull. The name is confusing/wrong, which doesn't help!
I tweaked something in my pec when we were doing rings last time....last rep of the last set, of course! Hoping a few days rest from anything that pisses it off will be all the cure it needs.



on the 235! I bet it won't take you four years to get to your goal.
