1065 yesterday. Way too little, but the only thing I was craving after dinner was something chocolatey...and I didn't have anything. So instead of forcing myself to eat something I really didn't want, I went without.

Lately I've been ending my days too short - I think my problem is that I spend all day eating light, because most of my cals are consumed once I get home from work and make dinner for the boyfriend and myself. But now if I make a healthy dinner (like last night's skinless boneless chicken tenders, salad and whole grain rice and bulgur)...I still end up with a large deficit.

OK. I've been doing WW (4th time in 20 yrs.) since Jan. and am pleased with results so far, but these last 2 months was fighting with the last 3 lbs. up and down. Finally went down 1.4 last WI. I decided to use my Fitday about 5 days ago. I don't know if I have my settings right. I do daycare in my home for two 2 yr olds and two 4 yr olds, so I set my lifestyle at "housework" setting. I don't know if this is the right setting for me. I do a lot of moving first thing in the am preparing breakfast, cleaning up, changing diapers, dressing,etc. It seems that I'm not eating enough if I look at the calories in vs. calories out. Anyone have an opinion? Any help is appreciated:}}

Sorry, thought my Fitday would show up, but maybe it takes a while? I just decided to make my records "public". Will try again later to bring it up.

You can either edit your profile with your fitday username and allow it to link under your avatar or you can go to your main fitday page and copy and paste the link you see there

There is a spot I think in your profile just under where you type in the location you live. You will type in the username there that you use at Fitday, and then once in your Fitday account, on your main page, just click at the bottom to make journal public. Hope this helps!

Hello,

I have been doing good keeping the calories in check- I lost 2 pounds this week- I am really excited! I can't wait to get out of the 220's!!!
Today I had a deficit of 1143 calories and I drank oodles of water thank to that crystal light stuff they have to add to water bottles now. That stuff is so yummy!

Netflower, I like to save up my calories for a nice supper a lot of times too (just on my days off work, on work days I won't cook, lol). It is really satisfying to have a nice meal like that once a day.

Ripples, I don't know how to get the fitday link to show up under the avatar, but you can put the link from Fitday in your signature in the Fatchicks user control panel. That is how I got my blog link in

What a great group! Hurray for all!!!!! I acknowledge each and every one of you.
Michelle, listen to you teaching how to use links there!!! You go girl.

I didn't get my walk in today. Headed out once it cooled down a bit and was devoured by mosquitoes.
Have to make it a longie tomorrow.

I have a ? about activities if anyone can help. I do WATP videos and eliptical training alternating days. I can't seem to find any description for these so I have my exercise under "teaching aerobics". Does this seem ok. The exercise I do is aerobic for both WATP and the eliptical trainer. Should I be listing it as something else? Any input appreciated.
