I am proud of myself today, I did 20 minutes of pilates

So, today's deficit is 1375!
I stepped on the scale this afternoon and it said I weighed 219.5. I did not beleive it, so I got off the scale and reweighed myself *several* times. It still said 219.5- yay! I am afraid it was a false reading so I will not officially count it until tomorrow morning. Still...I am finally under 220! I am really happy

I eat 1200-1300 monday-friday and 1500 on the weekend. There is just something about the weekend that makes me want to EAT, lol.
